Shipping policy

  1. Processing time: 1 to 4 business days since some items are ready to be shipped and others are made to order. The collection of "Pets in Landscapes" custom products might take longer due to communication needed with customers.

  2. Shipping options: 
    USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 business days)
    USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days)
    USPS Priority Mail Express (1 to 2 business days)
    *If your purchase is over $35.00, you will get a free shipping with USPS Ground Advantage. Other shipping options will NOT be a free shipping. 

  3. Shipping location: From Midlothian Texas, USA. 

  4. Shipping destination: Only available within the USA.
    *If you would like to ship to the outside of USA. or purchase from the outside of USA, please visit at www.doodleworm.etsy.com

  5. Delivery: The date is not guaranteed. Once items are shipped, it will be up to US post office. The delivery date is just an estimate. Some unpredicted delays occur in localized areas, especially during holiday seasons, due to the distribution center congestion caused by staff shortage, bad weathers, etc.
